Clutch seems to stick

I have recently discovered that my clutch on my 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. seems to stick when it is unengaged. It seems to be fine all the way till you let off the throttle and is about 1/8" inch still in then eventually pops out. This was causing the motor to stall when hitting the brakes because the belt would still be touching it.

I have cleaned it up very well and seems to be alot better but seems to stick under plowing load but not really when just running around. It is only at the very end when off the throttle.

I am wondering if a new spring in the clutch would help this disengage? The spring in it is yellow. But I see the specs call for white/yellow. Can I use either or is this a type of spring?

Any other ideas?

The spring could help as the one on there could be shot. More then likely you need the clutches to be rebuilt.

Worn throw weight pins, bushings and weights can play a part as can a belt thread or fragment - service the clutch and it will probably be fine again.
